Shipping policy
UK Orders Standard delivery within the UK takes 2–3 days. Orders are dispatched from our store in Maghull, Liverpool.
WAREHOUSE Orders Standard delivery within the UK takes 7-10 days. Orders are dispatched from our Warehouse in Liverpool and processing can be longer.
EU & International Orders We ship to Europe and selected international destinations. Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery to EU countries after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
- UK: £3.95 standard shipping
- Europe: £15.00 flat rate
- Rest of World: £15.00 flat rate
Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders shipped to EU countries are sent from the United Kingdom. As the UK is no longer part of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure of applicable charges before placing your order.
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
