Returns

Online Orders
We want you to be happy with your online purchases, so we gladly accept notification of returns within 14 days of receipt for full exchange or refund. No returns will be accepted after this point.


In store Purchases
Full priced items are returnable for a full refund within 7 days. Sale items and items purchased with promotional offers are returnable for exchange only within a 7 day period.
 
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging if applicable and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage fee.

We process returns/refunds on the day of receipt, however it can take time to show within your account, depending on the terms and conditions of your chosen payment method this is out of our control.
 
Please email dollydaydreamsxx@gmail.com before sending items for return/exchange only to ensure we can confirm receipt to you and hold any additional items needed for exchange. We will notify you upon arrival of your exchange and confirm refund or that the new items have been posted out to you.
